This program is for any individual seeking to cultivate their athletic ability while developing their athletic body. Through the utilization of progressive fitness tools such as kettle bells, gymnastic rings, leverage clubs, sand bags, and mastery of body weight techniques we aim to strike balance between strength and mobility. You will discover the athlete within, you will learn self defense, you will find that you are strong.
