Though we utilize kettlebells and sandbags we are not a crossfit gym. We practice various forms of martial arts such as Muay Thai and Kickboxing, but we are not an MMA gym. We incorporate Yoga, Trigger Point Therapy and tissue maintenance, but we are not a yoga or pilates studio. We use gymnastics rings. but we are not a gymnastics facility. We are MH Fitness and we are a seamless blend of strength and mobility, of dedication, motivation, accountability and community. We utilize a vast array of training tools and technique to enhance our ability and through movement and community we gain strength and freedom.
